Pune combines a large IT and manufacturing workforce with heavy weekend and pilgrimage travel. Group enquiries here are usually corporate shuttles, family trips to Shirdi and the Konkan, wedding movement between venues, and expressway runs to Mumbai and its airport.
Mumbai travel is shaped by traffic, parking limits and long pickup distances across the island city, the western suburbs and Navi Mumbai. Group bookings here are dominated by airport movement, corporate shuttles, wedding transfers and weekend departures towards Pune, Nashik and Shirdi.
Solapur sits on the Pune–Hyderabad corridor and close to Pandharpur, Akkalkot and Tuljapur. Most group travel from the city is pilgrimage circuits, family functions and onward trips towards Pune, Shirdi and Hyderabad, often starting very early in the morning.
Nashik is both a pilgrimage base and a weekend destination. Group enquiries combine Trimbakeshwar and Shirdi circuits, vineyard and resort trips, wedding movement, and runs towards Mumbai, Pune and Saputara.
Shirdi is a pilgrimage town where almost all vehicle demand is arrival and departure movement: groups finishing darshan and heading back to Pune, Mumbai, Nashik or Aurangabad, plus local circuits to Shani Shingnapur and Nashik temples.
Bangalore group travel is driven by corporate teams, tech-park shuttles and weekend departures towards Mysore, Coorg and the Western Ghats. Long cross-city pickup times and airport distance make advance planning more important here than in most cities.

Up to 7 passengers, an Innova Crysta is usually the most comfortable and economical. From about 9 to 26 passengers, a Tempo Traveller is the standard choice. A Force Urbania suits 10 to 17 passengers who want individual reclining seats, and a bus is right above roughly 25 travellers.
Yes. Every vehicle is rented with a driver; self-drive is not offered. Outstation and overnight trips include a driver allowance and, where applicable, a night halt charge, both confirmed in the quotation before you book.

Pune, Mumbai, Solapur, Nashik, Shirdi and Bangalore for pickups, with outstation travel across Maharashtra, Goa and Karnataka. If your pickup point is outside these cities, ask and we will confirm whether it can be arranged.
Yes. One-way drops are available on most routes. Because the vehicle returns empty, one-way pricing is higher than half of a round-trip figure — that difference is explained in your quotation.
For weekday local travel, a day or two is often enough. For weekends, festival dates, wedding season and long weekends, book a week or more ahead. Availability tightens before pricing does, particularly for Urbania and large buses.
They are always addressed explicitly in the quotation — either included or listed as payable — so there is nothing ambiguous on the travel day. Inter-state trips such as Goa or Kerala involve permits, and those costs are confirmed upfront.
Yes. On multi-day bookings the same vehicle and driver stay with the group, covering local running at the destination. Multi-day quotations use a minimum daily kilometre basis plus driver allowance and night halt.
